SaqParts operates as a highly curated marketplace connecting global buyers with reputable, verified auto part vendors in Georgia. We are not a passive directory; we take direct responsibility for every transaction on our platform.
- Verified Network: We strictly partner with reputable vendors whom we know and trust personally.
- Direct Sourcing: If a requested part is not currently stocked in our own SaqParts garage, we source it directly from our trusted vendor network on your behalf.
- Buyer Protection: Because we act as the central facilitator, vendors cannot default or “flake” on buyers. SaqParts assumes direct responsibility for the fulfillment and quality of your order.
3. Quality Assurance & Pre-Shipment Inspection
We guarantee that the condition of the auto part you receive will accurately match the item description provided on our website. To ensure this:
- Rigorous Testing: Before any item is packaged and shipped, the SaqParts expert team physically inspects the part.
- Comprehensive Checks: Every part undergoes visual, technical, and functional testing to verify its integrity and performance capabilities.
- No damaged, defective, or misrepresented parts will be shipped to a customer.
4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our parts and our inspection process. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from the date you receive the item.
- Testing Period: You have 7 days upon delivery to test the item visually and functionally.
- Eligibility: If the item fails to function as described, does not match the listing, or if you have a rational, valid cause for dissatisfaction regarding the part’s quality, SaqParts will refund the cost of the item.
- Return Conditions: To qualify for a refund, the part must be returned in the exact condition it was received, without modifications, tampering, or damage incurred during installation by the buyer.
- Process: Refunds are processed directly by SaqParts to your original payment method once the returned item is received and verified by our team.
5. Shipping, Customs, and International Duties
SaqParts facilitates global shipping using trusted international postal services and couriers.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on the destination country and customs processing.
- Import Duties & Taxes: As a global buyer, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. SaqParts does not cover these international fees.
6. Limitation of Liability

- Installation: SaqParts is not liable for any damage to the part, your vehicle, or personal injury resulting from improper installation. We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by certified automotive mechanics.
- Indirect Damages: In no event shall SaqParts be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost wages, towing fees, rental car costs, or mechanic labor fees incurred during the installation or removal of a part. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item itself.
7. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. SaqParts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity or violate these terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SaqParts shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.
